Thats a First

August 21, 2012 It worked. Last Wednesday I was so frustrated with myself by my mindset going into the WOD simply because of the running. I made a promise to myself that that was going to be the last time that was going to happen. I was going to put my best foot forward (pun intended) and run my heart out the next time I encountered it in a WOD. No more of this "I hate running" crap. I got a chance to put that to the test this morning. When I saw the WOD I was actually pretty excited. Pumped that I had to face running and handstand pushups in the same WOD after the feelings I had post WOD last week with both exercises. Today with a change of attitude I was ready to crush this one! Doing my best to not over think it I couldnt wait for the WOD to begin! Its amazing what your mind can do, what focus and determination can do.
