Dedication

August 14, 2012 There are plenty of people who voice their opinion on how "obsessed" crossfit athletes are. I have hear it personally and I know I have talked to others that are in the same boat. "We" all know that we are not "obsessed," that we are actually just dedicated to a lifestyle in which we take care of our bodies in not only exercise and food but in the mind as well. I am sure to the naked eye, I have to look like a crazy mess... but I think deep down inside some people just cant understand how some crossfitters can be so dedicated to this life and they wonder why they "cant" seem to find the gusto to do it themselves. I think there is a line. A solid line between being completly OBSESSED with something and being dedicated 100% to achieving a goal.
