My 30 Day Challenge Begins!
September 12, 2011 Today starts the 30 day Primal Blueprint Challenge on Mark's Daily Apple ! Through the month the goals are to eat primal (click here for my post about primal and paleo), but in a nut shell keep your food limited to meat, fish, fowl, eggs, veggies, nuts, seeds and healthy fats and stay away from grains, beans and sugar. You can consume fruit, dairy, alcohol and dark chocolate in moderation. You should be keeping up with a good fitness plan and according to the website try to get 8 hours of sleep and 15 minutes of sun exposure a day.
