April 21, 2012 Today was my kind of workout. Still loving Saturday mornings at the box, and its so nice that even since the opens have wrapped up there are quite a few people still going. I am back to doing the WOD that I missed on Thursdays since thats my skill session day, on Saturday mornings. Whats nice about that (and different from my weekly routine) is that there are already times and weights on the board from my fellow CFWers. On any given day I am there at 5:30am, therefor we are the first times/weights to get listed. Not that I am "competing" with those who are on the board... or should really focus on that number as long as I am giving it my all... but its nice to have a goal to shoot for and see what others who share my same skill set can do. I honestly debated a skill session after knowing what I saw on Thursday night. I watched a few people complete it while I was skilling... and saw others comments about it on the website. It was going to be a tough one...

March 13, 2012 Well well well... I have been looking all over for you for months and you have been nowhere to be found. Welcome back double unders! I was finally able to work my way out of my mood by end of day on Monday... if the 75 degree Monday in March wasnt enough, the ride home from my afternoon meeting with the windows down and my radio blaring certainly was. Sometimes you just need that release. This morning the WOD was a great continuation of that. I was able to clean and do walking lunges with minimal pain in my hip. This is good news... I have ben babying in trying to get back to 100% in case there are any type of squats in the Open WOD this weekend. Still have a twinge when I move the wrong way or try to lift my leg to the side... but its getting better! Remember that whole "patience" thing that I said I lacked... here it is in full force. Growing Family

December 21, 2011 I know I have talked before about our Crossfit Wachusett Family... but I am so excited to see that 2012 brings to us all. We are changing, we are learning, we are building friendships and we are growing!! Its so exciting and it brings a smile to my face. It really makes me happy to know that M and K have such a great thing going with CFW and the fact that we are all succeeding is a tribute to them and their programming, their support and their coaching! I keep thinking of where I was just a few short months ago... August 8th is the first entry in my journal... The things I have been able to do, the things I never thought I could do and the drive I have to get better has been amazing. It feels like the first day I did crossfit I took an oath that I was going to throw myself into this 100% and nothing was going to get in my way. I now find my time at CFW the best and most rewarding part of my day. As hard as it is to get up some mornings, as tired as I am the ni...
