I have seen this done before, so I wanted to see if I could come up with my very own A-Z for me in 2012... here goes...

Todays WOD was fantastic. Hubs had to work unfortunately, so he couldnt come to the "holiday" edition of CFW this week. I on the other hand got the chance to sleep in a little bit and still be at CF for 8:30 to get my day off right. This was one of those "feels like it was written for me" WODS when I just feel unstoppable. It was that perfect blend between strength and cardio... and I am one of the few who actually enjoy a good OH Squat!!

WARMUP:
Row 500m
2 Rounds
- 10 Pullups
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Spiderman
2 X 9 Fundamentals
 Row 500m

WOD: "Mahem"
4 Rounds for Time
- 10 OH Squats (75lbs)
- 20 KB Swings (1 pd)
(my time 7:12 Rx)

SKILL:
Skipped "Dipps" to work on my pullups...
5 X 5 Toes through rings (kipping)...
3 X 5 Kipps on bar...
