I am back this morning and ready to go! Its time to sit down and re-evaluate my goals, set new ones and work on the skills that I need to improve upon for the Open!
WARMUP:
2X Jumprope Series (5 ea)
- Singles
- Left Foot
- Right Foot
- Bell
- Ski
- Doubles
3 Rounds
- 10 Squats
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Hollow Rocks
OLY: 7 X 2 Snatch
(7 minutes on the minute)

WOD: Escape
1 Round for Time
- 400m Run
- 100 Push Press (with TABATA clock) 55lbs
- 400m Run
