2 Minute Spiderman Each Leg
WOD:
3-2-1 (for time)
3 Minutes Double Unders
1 Minute Rest
2 Minutes Burpees
1 Minute Rest
1 Minute Toes to Bar
(total 85 + 32 + 15 = 132 Rx)
STRENGTH:
Front Squat 3-3-3-3
115, 115, 120, 125 (working on coming back from my hip injury)
Back Squat 5-5-5-5
125 (use heaviest front squat weight and work on speed)
