Be Unstoppable

The first morning back after a competition weekend can be tough, but I felt amazing this morning. I was really happy that I wasnt too sore, just a little in my hams, quads and back but honestly not any more sore than a typical Saturday Olys Session & WOD day.

I am feeling great! Nothing can get in my way! 


WARMUP:
3 Rounds
- Run 200m
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Shoulder Dislocates
- 10 Inchworms
- 5 Toes to Bar

TEAM OLY:
5 X 1 Snatch
1 Full / 1 Hang (no dropping)
60 Sec Rest Between Sets

STRENGTH:
Back Squat
1 X 10 @ 70% - 170
1 X 5 @ 80% - 195
3 X 2 @ 95% - 230

TEAM WOD:
Pistols 25-20-15-10-5
KB Swings (1.5 pd) 5-10-15-20-25
