Challenge Complete

Today is the last day of the paleo challenge. I am not sure it actually did anything for me this time around. I think maybe a little muscle definition, but otherwise, not much. I think I am going to re-evaluate my regimen talk to M, K and Hubs, get their opinions and go from there.

Overall, this mornings workout felt sort of like an "off" day. I couldnt get into my rhythm with the snatches and was all over the place. I added quiet a bit of time to that portion of the WOD. Just felt overall not so good. I will put it behind me and move on... tomorrow is another day.


WARMUP:
